The Simsboro Tigers had a good 4-0 week and the result was five players on the Hot 9 and Next 9 lists. The Tigers had an awesome performance week by Hayden Rabo who finished the week going 12 for 16 including two doubles and a home run. Rabo also had 9 RBIs for the week. Chris Harrell backed him up batting over .500 including three doubles and a home run. Both players made the Hot 9 list for the week. Simsboro added Hunter Stevens, Chris Stevens, and Mark Holloway to the Next 9 list to round out the five players to the list.
The only other team to put in more than one on the Hot 9 this week was….Dodson. Although the Panther had a rough 1-3 week, Cooper Duff and Rowdy Barnett shined. Duff hit 7 for 9 with a double, triple, and home run and 7 RBIs. Rowdy Barnett hit 11 of 18 with five doubles and two triples to score 4 RBIs.
Choudrant had three players make all four lists. Kaden Bradshaw batted in the most runs for the week with 11 on his over .500 week performance that included three triples and a home run. Bradshaw made the Hot 9 list. Choudrant was the only team to put more than one player in the Top 3 pitching performance and the Next 3. Colton Smith had a Top 3 pitching performance on the mound for Week 6. Bryce McGuire was the only player this week to double-dip in the hitting and pitching performances of the week. McGuire reached the Next 9 on hitting and the Next 3 on pitching.
