Arcadia and Lakeview are the two remaining school from Northwest Louisiana from 2A-C. The good news, we will have one representative from Northwest Louisiana in a state championship. The bad news is we will only have one representative in a state championship. With Arcadia and Lakeview advancing to Hammond in a strange twist of fate the two will face each other in the Division IV Nonselect semifinals.

The Castor Lady Tigers first trip to quarterfinals since 2014 ended in Vernon Parish at Anacoco. Cedar Creek road to the quarterfinal sent them to Baton Rouge to face No. 1 Southern Lab.
