The Calvary and Loyola boys played in the week long Airline Tournament at M.D. Ray field last week. Calvary finished 2-1 for the week while Loyola finished 1-2. Loyola (9-4-2) struggled to score in their first two matches but opened up in the final match and grabbed a win over Minden. Calvary (4-3-0) snagged wins over West Ouachita and Parkway.
North Caddo (0-10-0) is still looking for that first win of the season but did break their two game scoring sheet as they netted one against Huntington. The Titans headed down to Alexandria and competed against Buckeye in the Rapides tournament.
Loyola (8-1-2) continued to pile in the goals as they accumulated 15 goals for the week. The Lady Flyers winning streak came to a halt on Saturday with a 0-0 tie against Teurlings Catholic. They have not had a loss since the first match of the season.
Calvary (4-4-0) only had one match for the week and came up short against Benton. The loss snapped the Lady Cavalier three match winning streak.
North Caddo (2-11-0) broke their 11 game slide as they won 7-2 over Huntington on senior night. The Titans had a hat trick from Izzy Dial to push for the week.
Izzy Dial from North Caddo and Ella Poole will share the top performer of the week for the girls as both players pulled off a hat trick. Dial completed the hat trick in the Huntington match. Poole got her hat trick in the match against Natchitoches-Central.
