LCU Lady Wildcats (4-3) had an unusual trip to New Orleans as they played in two matches on Tuesday afternoon across two different places. LCU started the day with a 5:00 pm match at The Castle at SUNO where they swept the Lady Knights 3-0. They headed southeast and got revenge on the Dillard Blue Devils 3-0 at a 7 pm match.
LCU 3, SUNO 0 (25-14, 25-13, 25-20)
The Wildcats made back-to-back wins over SUNO (0-5). LCU formerly beat the Knight in the closing match at the Rams Invitational in Mobile. Katie Spell led the Lady Wildcats with 12 kills. Kate Campbell also had double-digit kills with 10. Emma Cother had another 20-plus assist night with 24 this time. Kierra Jones blasted 4 aces. Dynasty Brown had a hand in 4 block assists. Leah Stamps continued to build on her all-time leading digs number with 13.

LCU 3, Dillard 0 (25-23, 25-23, 25-22)
The Lady Wildcats avenged an earlier season loss in the nailbiter at Albert W Dent Hall at Dillard University. Kate Campbell led LCU with 9 kills. Cother also had another 25 leading assists match and led aces with 2. Leah Stamps added another 11 digs while Cother had double-digit digs with 10.

LCU Lady Wildcats will head to Shreveport to compete in the Country Cajun Classic at Centenary College on Friday and Saturday. The Wildcats will face Howard Payne at 2 pm on Friday and Centenary at 6 pm. On Saturday, LCU will take on Millsaps at 11 am.
