The District I Division IV all-district list was released this week.
Coach Jon Casey was named Coach of the Year in the district. Casey achieved his 100th win over the past season and took the Lady Cavaliers to the State Tournament for the third consecutive year.
McCaughli Hall-Wilson was named the District MVP. Hall-Wilson helped the Lady Cavs achieve a 25-5 record over the year and led the team with 91 aces and 381 assists. Hall-Wilson has already reached 1000 career assists and she still has a year to go.
Calvary’s Caroline Christler was selected as Libero of the Year. Christler led the Lady Cavs with 187 digs and 292 receptions.
Calvary placed six on the first team and four on the second team. Alexandra Campanella, Kiya Casey, Allie Hutchings, Emily Pierce, Shelby Simmons, and Addison Steveson all made the first team. Anna Gibbs, Brynn Lovitt, Brooklyn Morris, and Kaylee Thomas were selected for the second team.
Loyola Lady Flyers added two to the first team and three to the second team. McCullough Lawson and Madison Turner were chosen for the first team. Katelyn Clark, Jessica Hoang, and Mallory Thompson were added to the second team.
North Caddo Lady Titans had two each on first team, second team, and honorable mention. Nataleigh Ball and Peyshance Peak made the first district team. Isabel Dial and Ronniesha Lepolodo-Hill were selected for the second team. Kailey Mason and Madeline Triplett received honorable mention honors.
Many Lady Tigers had two make the first team, two make the second team, and one on honorable mention. Jheria Brumfield and Abby Reese were selected for the first-team honors. Sara Kate Booker and Keirslyn Williams were chosen for the second team. Zyon Maxie was selected as an honorable mention
Red River Lady Bulldogs had two make the all-district list. Makaliah Murphy was given second-team honors. Rebelled Mitchell was selected as a honorable mention.
