Athletes are called student-athletes for a reason. They’ve got to take care of the academic part of their high school careers. These are a list of students who went beyond the academic call and worked to a 4.0 GPA in their grades. According to the LHSAA to earn the Composite honor, a student-athlete must have a six-semester unweighted 4.0 average. The students can have a “B” on their transcript to receive the honor with the exception of honors classes. Honors classess are not considered. These students will be honored at LHSAA state events.
